Thank you for your interest in our properties. Attached is Day-Lum Rental’s Availability List. We hope to help you meet your housing needs. We encourage you as a prospective applicant to drive by the property that interests you. DO NOT go onto the property; DO NOT walk up to the house or apartment. Entry onto a property without the Property Manager will be an automatic denial of your application. |
If you find a property you are interested in renting, please complete the Day-Lum Rentals application. Processing includes, but is not limited to: CREDIT CHECK through a nationwide credit reporting service. Processing requires a minimum of 2 business days. Every adult applicant must sign the application and provide a photo ID. Non-related adults who have not lived together for the last 3 years must complete separate applications. It is your responsibility as an applicant to contact Day-Lum to verify whether or not your application has been qualified. Applications with poor credit reports OR insufficient income OR unsatisfactory landlord or employment references OR non-disclosed arrest record will not be qualified. When your application qualifies, a showing of any qualified properties that interest you will be scheduled with the Property Manager. No property will be rented sight-unseen. There is an occupancy limit of two people per bedroom, plus one, for all of our residential properties. Property is rented to the best-qualified applicant on a first come, first served basis. At the conclusion of the showing, the Property Manager will discuss lease options. Please take note and remember the following: |
